Samedis.care builds an important bridge between man and machine. Everyday hospital life today is more technical than ever, but still nowhere near digital enough. Samedis.care closes this gap. Our platform informs and integrates all healthcare stakeholders involved.

Samedis.care provides users of medical devices with reliable, accurate information so that they can operate medical devices and systems correctly and responsibly. This increases patient safety and treatment quality and enables efficient interaction between medical staff, patients and medical technology manufacturers.

Clinics benefit from our platform in two ways. They gain a digital overview of their entire medical equipment fleet and can manage, monitor and maintain it better. At the same time, they always have an overview of who has been trained and when. This not only saves time, but ultimately also increases efficiency and safety.​

Medtech manufacturers, in turn, receive valuable feedback via Samedis.care in order to further develop their devices based on data. They can also improve the service experience for their products and support the lifecycle. Our platform also makes it much easier to draw attention to new features, updates and application notes. Samedis.care thus makes an important contribution to meeting regulatory requirements.​

Service companies contribute with their diverse skills, technologies and services. For example, technical service providers can enter the device tests and maintenance performed directly in the digital medical device log. Lisa takes care of customer support and helps our users to make their day-to-day work easier and more effective. She answers questions, solves problems and ensures satisfied customers.

Alexander Mauß

Alexander supports our customers as a project manager with the onboarding and use of Samedis.care. He also collects customer feedback and needs for the further development of Samedis.care.

Ralf Vitasek

Ralf is primarily responsible for the backend and interfaces provided by Samedis.care, but also contributes his many years of experience to migration projects.

Jona is our frontend expert and also works intensively on deployment and operations.
